Jill Gardner

Jill Gardner, 67, of Baytown was born November 18, 1950, in Beaumont and passed away Friday, August 31, 2018. She was a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and retired from the Channelview school district where she taught at Schochler Elementary School. She was a member of Cedar Bayou Baptist Church in Baytown.

She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Crystal Gardner. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Courtney Gardner of Beach City; daughter and son-in-law, Katy and Josh Adams of Bryan; sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Ronnie Sistrunk of Magnolia; half sister and brother-in-law, Monika and David Bruner of California; and grandchildren, Savannah and Carlee Gardner and Jaxon Adams.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday, September 3, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Reeves officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Highlands.
