Judith Sharon Kaiser-Price, 79, of Baytown, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at her home in Baytown, Texas. She was born on January 10, 1946, in Baytown, Texas, to her late parents, Herschel C. Williams and Katherine S. Etheredge.
Judy lived in the Baytown area, where she attended Seventh Street Church of Christ and Baytown Church of Christ. She was baptized into Christ while she was in high school and served the Lord faithfully all her life. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1964 and obtained her beauty license from Lydia Houston Beauty Academy. She worked at various beauty salons around the area until the early 1980s, when she decided she wanted to work with children. Judy went back to school and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Lamar University in 1985. She worked as a kindergarten teacher at Devers ISD and Barbers Hill ISD until she retired in 2011. She loved teaching and poured her heart and soul into her students.
After dating six weekends, she married Don Kaiser on August 8, 1968, and had three children: Donnie, Katherine, and Claude Daniel. She loved her family with all her heart, giving all she had to make sure they were provided for in every way. Her grandchildren, Colton and Karson, and her great-granddaughter, Maggie, were the light of her life.
She loved God and her church family and desired to be at every service and fellowship get-together. Many times, she would be one of the last to leave because she loved the brethren.
She loved to cook but was best known for her baking skills—cookies, pies, and cakes. She made elaborate birthday cakes with over-the-top decorations for family and friends, including a multi-tier wedding cake for her niece's wedding. Her artistic nature was evident in every aspect of her life, from drawing and painting portraits to sewing, cooking, baking, decorating her kindergarten classroom, or styling hair—everything was done to perfection.
After Don passed in 2015, she found love again in 2020 when she was reacquainted with longtime friend Hugh Price, and they were married on August 21, 2021. Her life was rekindled as they traveled the East Coast and the Hawaiian Islands four times. Hugh brought her love and great joy during their four years together. She also loved his three children—Hugh III, Leland, and Martha—their spouses, and children as her own.
She will be greatly missed by all.
Judy was preceded in death by her son, Claude Daniel Kaiser; her parents, Herschel and Katherine Williams; and her first husband, Don Kaiser.
