

It is with deep heartbreak that we share the passing of our beautiful Rachel Marie Trevino, age 25, who passed away on November 16, 2025. She was born on June 29, 2000, in Houston TX. In her short time on earth, she touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit.
Rachel was a proud graduate of Goose Creek Memorial High School (GCM) and continued her education at Lee College. She began her career with Goose Creek CISD (GCCISD), where she worked in various positions and touched the lives of many through her compassion and dedication. Most recently, Rachel was employed with Sheldon ISD at the Early Childhood Academy, a place she truly loved. In the short two months she was there, she gained the hearts of the staff, students, and families with her warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for helping others.
Rachel will be remembered for the light she brought into every room and the way she cared deeply for the people around her, whether through her laughter, compassion, or willingness to show up whenever someone needed her. She made a lasting impression and impact on everyone who was fortunate to know her. Though her life ended far too soon, Rachel’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all that knew her. Her legacy is one of love, strength, and the many moments of joy she shared.
Rachel is preceded in death by her Grandparents Salvador Trevino Sr. and wife Martha, uncle Jesús Garcia, aunt Guadalupe Salinas, second cousin Jeremiah Garcia.
She is survived by her mother, Maria Treviño and bonus dad Osvaldo Garcia, father Luis Trevino and wife Michele, stepsister Alexandria and husband Alec, bonus sister Adriana Garcia, grandparents Elpidio Garcia and wife Nora, uncle Elpidio Garcia Jr. and wife Myriam, uncle Eduardo Garcia and wife Claudia, uncle Jerry Salinas; uncle Salvador Trevino Jr. and wife Irene, uncle Ricky Trevino and wife Angie, uncle Daniel Trevino and wife Melisa, aunt Noemi Garcia, aunt Aurelia Garcia Yznaga, aunt Alma De Leon and husband Ramon, aunt Nora Salas and husband John. Rachel’s light, though bright and beautiful, left us far too soon. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, coworkers, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm, Monday, November 24, 2025, at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, Texas 77521. Funeral service will begin at 10 am, Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Navarre Funeral Home Chapel. Committal will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery, Baytown, Texas.
