

Timothy Brian Milligan, 34, of Baytown, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015 in Baytown. He was born August 28, 1981 in Houston, was a lifelong resident of Baytown and a 1998 graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School.
Timothy loved his country and served her well. He first served in the U.S. Navy as a Navy Corpsman. He later served in the U.S. Army as a Calvary Scout Sniper. While in the U.S. Army he completed multiple tours in Iraq and was wounded in battle during his last deployment. By the time of his separation he had earned the rank of Sergeant in the U.S. Army.
Tim is preceded in death by a sister, Leanne Milligan, and grandparents Clyde and Virgilene Brock, and John L. Milligan.
Survivors include his parents, David and Denise Milligan; siblings, Adrienne Webb and her husband, Michael; Laurie Leiser and her husband, Ricky; Aaron Milligan and Warren Milligan; grandmother, Maxine Milligan; nieces and nephews, Aeden, Maeli, Hyrum, Adalyn, Kelli, and Ezra and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation where family and friends will be received will be held on Friday, October 9, 2015, from 6 PM to 8 PM at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Navarre Funeral Home with Bishop Rob Brown officiating.
