William (Bill) Benjamin Stevens III of Baytown passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 75. He was born May 21, 1945 in Farragut, Idaho. He was preceded in death by Dotty Stevens, his wife of 36 years in 2016 with whom he enjoyed car racing, fishing, and spending time on the water. He left behind his Sister in law Susan Rouse; and nephews Brian and Nathan Rouse.
Bill enjoyed a long career as a Pipe Fitter/Welder. He served in the U.S. Navy and was on the USS Delta. He was awarded a National Defense Service Medal, a Vietnam Bronze Star Service Medal, a Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and an Armed Forces Expeditionary medal (Korea).
A celebration of his life will be held privately with his family.
We are given many things in one lifetime.
