Agnes Vernistine Mathews passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010, at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. She was born October 20, 1941, in Meridian, Mississippi to Leo and Agnes Griffin.
Agnes is survived by sons, James 'Tom' Mathews and wife, Susan, Wayne Mathews and wife, Elizabeth, and Kenneth Thomas; sister, Linda LaSalle; grandchildren, Jessy Mathews, Brandon Mathews, Amanda Utkov, Maci Mathews, Noah Mathews; great grandchild, Jackson Utkov and dear friend Greg Mann.
Visitation is Friday, November 26, 2010, from 1:00 p.m. until funeral service time at 2:00 p.m. in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel.
