

Beatrice Baden was born December 4, 1922 and died at the age of 91 on May 31, 2014. She was a life long resident of Beaumont, Texas and attended French High School where she was a member of the Girl Reserves, was a French Bisonette Basketball player, and was voted Football Maid by the French High Lettermen.
Throughout her life, she possessed an avid interest in all religious activities. She was a member of St. Pius the 10th Catholic Church, was a member of the St. Pius Ladies Organization, instructed CCD classes at St. Pius, was a perpetual member of the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal, attended Cursillo Retreats at St. Anthony's Cathedral, engaged religiously in daily prayer and the rosary mysteries, and enjoyed televised religious programs.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph R. Baden Sr. and two sons Joseph R. Baden Jr. and Mark Gerard Baden, her sister Dorothy Gulledge, and three brothers Gilbert Ozio, G.J. Ozio, and Alvin Ozio. She is survived by her daughter Therese Baden and her two very devoted nieces Violet Odom and Shirley McCarty. She was also survived by two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 4th at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, which will be followed by a grave side service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
