Daisy Margueriette Kimura

Daisy Margueriette Kimura, 94, of Beaumont, died Thursday, November 12, 2020 in LaBelle. A native of Anderson, IN., Daisy has lived in Beaumont for 40+ years and was retired investor after she retired as a school teacher with BISD. Daisy loved to travel, crafting, sewing, knitting, an avid history buff and a collector of many different rare items.

A Graveside Celebration of Daisy's Life will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont.

Daisy was preceded in death by her parents, Virgel and Edna Fecher, son, John Odom, numerous brothers, and sisters.

Daisy is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Jack Kimura of Nederland, daughter, Margueriette Schmoll of Austin, and her grandchildren, Tony Schmoll, Ronnie Odom, Audra Odom-Lien, Toby Schmoll, and Phillip Pounds, and numerous great grandchildren.

The family would like to say a special thanks to Brenda Latta for the exceptional care she gave to our grandma during her time of need.

Daisy will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
