Dale Garnett Smith Jr., age 66, of Castle Rock, CO, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025, at Advent Hospital. He was born on November 16, 1958, in Beaumont, TX, to Dale Garnett Smith Sr. and Willie Mae Smith
Dale was a member of the Dowlen Road Church of Christ and was well-known for his work in construction with Petrochemical. He had a great passion for life, especially when it came to his hobbies. Dale loved shooting pool, riding his motorcycle, and above all, spending time with his family. His joy was found in the moments shared with his loved ones, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Dale is survived by his beloved daughter, Mandie Koons, who cherished their time together.
A visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a service following at 2:00 p.m.
He will be remembered fondly for his kind heart, infectious smile, and love for his family. His legacy will live on in the memories of those who loved him.
