Debbie Angela Neely, 55, of Beaumont, passed away at her home on July 3, 2014. Debbie was born in Beaumont on March 5, 1959 to John and Ruth Dickey. Survivors include her son, Dr. Jason Sumerau of Tampa, Florida; sisters, Lillian Stevens of Beaumont, Lara Welch of Sour Lake, Pam Lynch of Lumberton; brother, Jimmy Baker of Austin; nieces and nephews, Mandy & Thomas Bonds, Derrick, Charles, Chanda, Jessica, Troy, Brandi, Barron, Virginia, Wayne; great niece and nephews, Ryan, Landon, and Lilly Ann Bonds. A Memorial Service for Debbie will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont at 7:00 PM, Monday, July 7, 2014.
