Elvie O. Cudd age 93, passed away May 23, 2012 in Beaumont. She was born July 20, 1918 in Meridian, Mississippi to David and Cordie White. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and spent her life caring for her family. She was a member of the Sabine Tabernacle Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, D.O. Cudd, one daughter, Barbara Gene Boyett, one great-grandaughter, Kristen Boyett, and four sisters.
She is survived by one daughter, Carolynn Boyett of Sam Rayburn, Texas, six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren; she is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will begin on Friday, May 25, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. also at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will be held at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
