

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Anita Shankles Parsley; sons, James D. Parsley and his wife Carol, William M. Parsley and his wife Debbie; daughter-in-law, Sharon Parsley; brother, Raymond Parsley and his wife JoAnn; grandchildren, Kristina Knowles and her husband Robert, Derek Parsley and his wife Donya, Melanie Brown and her husband Josh, James Parsley and his wife Elizabeth, Jennifer McKim and her husband Michael, Seth Landolt, Nathan Landolt; great grandchildren, Lily Knowles, Chloe Knowles, Logan Knowles, Kayli Parsley, Briley Parsley, Gracie Parsley, Easton Parsley, Mikey Brown, Abigail Brown, Audrey Brown, Sam Parsley, Evie Parsley, Christian McKim, Kayla McKim, and Sean McKim,
Frank was preceded in death by: son, Randy Parsley and grandson, Christian Parsley.
Frank was a proud Sargent in the US Army, always had stories to tell, and never met a stranger. After his discharge from the Army, Frank worked at Goodrich/Ameripol Synpol where he retired after 29 years.
Frank also taught at Pipefitters Local Union No. 195 for 15 years.
A celebration of Frank's Life will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel, 4955 Pine Street, Beaumont, Texas 77703.
The family will receive friends starting at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2018.
Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Serving as pallbearers are James Parsley, Allen Cathey, Josh Brown, Bobby Knowles, Nathan Landolt and Derek Parsley.
