Jack W. Graves passed away on April 6th, 2013 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital after a brief battle with lung cancer. He was born on November 18th, 1947 in Beaumont, Texas. He resided in Beaumont until he moved to the Fannett area. There he resided for 18 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Jack is survived by his loving wife, Gay Graves and brother, Ronald Graves and wife, Charlotte.
We wish to thank Dr. Robert Birdwell, M.D. and to all of the Texas Oncology staff, the St. Elizabeth Oncology floor staff and the Odyssey Hospice staff for all of their loving care, dedication and compassion shown to Jack and the family.

Memorial Services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Fellowship Hall of Victory Temple Church, 2630 South 11th Street, Beaumont, Texas.
