James Earl Chancellor age 65, passed away April 14, 2012 in Lufkin, Texas. He was born December 12, 1946 in Henderson, TX to Earl and Marie Chancellor. He spent most of his life in Vidor, Texas working as a blacksmith and a truck driver. He loved to fish and spend time with his family. He will truly be missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Michael Chancellor.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janice Chancellor of Vidor, three sons, James Chancellor III of Amity, Arkansas, Joseph Chancellor of Mt. Pine, Arkansas, and Donald Langham of Vidor, Texas, two daughters, Karen Robins and husband Danny of LaBelle, Texas, and Kristy May and husband Gregory of Orange, Texas, two brothers Sam Chancellor and Lonnie Chancellor, and four half-brothers, he is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.
