James was born September 5, 1974 in DeRidder, Louisiana to his parents Johnnie Lee Dixon and Lee Gertha Thomas Dixon. He was preceded in death by his father. James was a truck driver employed by Gomez Trucking Service. He is survived by his mother, Lee Gertha Thomas of DeRidder, Louisiana, son, Christian James Reder of DeRidder, Louisiana, two daughters, Tyanna Prim of New Orleans, Louisiana, Jasmine Hill of Leesville, Louisiana, four brothers, Rinnie Thomas and wife Victoria, Robert Dixon, Maceo Thomas, Kenyell Thomas, sister Karrisma Thomas, all of DeRidder, Louisiana. James is also survived by his fiancee’ Tiffany Moran of Jasper. There will be a memorial service on Saturday July 12, 2014 at 11:a.m. at Hixson Funeral in DeRidder, Louisiana.
