Marie Louise Maschek Dickson, born in Beaumont, Texas August 13, 1926, passed away quietly early on the morning of August 5, 2016. She was the beloved only child of O. H. and Laura Sutton Maschek, and the wife of William Steinman Dickson for 59 years until his death.
Marie leaves behind one son, Richard Lee Dickson, and his wife Cindy; daughters Carole Dickson Handley and Grace Marie Dickson. She also leaves 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She was a woman of strong character; generous, kind, compassionate; a lover of God, her family and her country. She
will be profoundly missed.
Funeral services will be held on Friday August 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
