Stanley Nelson Pierce age 61, passed away October 22, 2012 in Beaumont. He was born August 10, 1951 in Beaumont to Charles and Dorothy Pierce. He was a disabled Veteran who served in the United States Army. Stan was also an avid sports fan and loved working out. His favorite quote was “A healthy man is a rich man.” He will truly be missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Dorothy Pierce, and his step-mother, Doris Lorena Nelson.
He is survived by his brothers, Charles Pierce, Steve Biehle, and Stuart Pierce, nieces Lori Pierce, Julia Peoples, Liesl Biele, and nephews Brian Pierce, and Justin Pierce.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Diabetes Association in his memory.
A gathering of family and friends will begin on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
