She was born in Beaumont on May 13, 1941, to the late Marion Frances Strahan and Lodie Mae Aphelia (Trahan) Strahan. Willie was a devoted member of Major Drive Church of Christ, where her faith was an important part of her life.
Willie found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved playing bingo, reading her Bible, and spending time in nature. Above all, she cherished her family and the relationships she built throughout her life. She will be remembered for her kind heart and the love she shared with those around her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Jimmy Clark.
Willie is survived by her best friend, Mary Coleman; and Mary’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Amie Kendrick, Brandon Keegan Jr., and Sarah Rylee Coleman, along with many other dear friends who will miss her deeply.
