He and his wife JoAnn (Yeager) were married in 1948.
He worked for Double Day Publishing in sales in Seattle and Portland for 35 years and retired in 1985.
Harry has lived in Beaverton for 45 years.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Nelson; sons, richard, Robert & William; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Private family funeral service will be at Pegg, Paxson, & Springer Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
