He owned and opereated his own insurance agency and was a long time resident of Longview, Washington.
Survivors include his daughter Karin Pennington and son, Craig Blums.
A celebration of life service will be held April 21, 2012, at 4 pm at the Shamrock Tavern in Longview, Washington.
