David Wayne Ellison

David attended and graduated from Morton Middle School and Morton High School in Hammond IN, graduating on 1974. He worked as a roofer at Consumer Roofing and moved to Oak Hill, WV in 1982. David then worked as a rock truck driver at the strip mines. From there, he worked as a doorman at various clubs in the area before starting his own security company, providing services to several mines in the area. David was an accomplished man as he achieve his black belt in Judo from Ju Chikara Do in Beckley, WV, a profound artist and a model builder. David also loved to spent time hunting, fishing, camping and target shooting at Plum Orchard Lake. Unfortunately, as his health declined, he was unable to enjoy these things later in life.

He is survived in life by his Sisters, Peggy Maddy (Delane). Sandra Wilson; a brother Glen Ellison (Lisa Marie); Aunts, Uncles and several cousins, nephews and nieces. He was never married and has no surviving children.

No services will be held, however a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
