49, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 6, 2013 at his home. David was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky on June 2, 1964 to Mable and the late Everett Murdick. He is survived by his daughter, Angela (Jesse) Bump; and sons, David (Kira) Murdick; Matthew (Jennifer) Murdick; Jacob and Luke Murdick. He is also survived by his mother, Mable Murdick; 4 sisters, 2 brothers and 5 grandchildren; Jesse, June, Kaylee, Sawyor and Layla,. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Murdick.
Visitation will be held at Independent Nazarene Church in Beech Grove on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. p.m.
Funeral Services will be immediately following at the church, followed by burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
