Gerald "Jerry" Richard Wethington

Jerry was born in Beech Grove, Indiana to James (Jim) Wethington and Elsie (Irene) Adams Wethington on January 2, 1943. He went to school at Sacred Heart Catholic High School and went on to Purdue University where he earned his associate’s degree. Jerry was married to Barbara Wilson Wethington (deceased) and Norma Reynolds Wethington. He was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church, Beech Grove.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; his siblings Gene Wethington, James (Jimmy) Wethington, Gary Wethington, and Debbie Wethington Moore; and his son Darin Wethington.

Jerry is survived by his children Brad (Shelley) Wethington, Kerri (Carl) Locigno, and Kevin (Shelly) Wethington; siblings Ron Wethington, Dianne (Gary) Ferguson, Duane Wethington, and Brian (Julie) Wethington; grandchildren Megan (Phillip) Burba, Angelo (Loryn) Locigno, Cole Kopetsky, Anthony (Erin) Wethington, Becca (Jacob) Kwak, Morgan Locigno, Nick Wethington, Dominic Locigno, and Brooke Wethington; and great-grandchildren Hadlee Barger, Charlotte Kwak, Raelynn Burba, Emery Wethington, Parker Burba, Lily Kwak, and Gabrielle Locigno.

Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 PM Thurs., Jan 16th at Little & Son’s Funeral Home, 1301 Main St, Beech Grove.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Fri, Jan 17th at Holy Name Catholic Church, 89 N 17th Ave, Beech Grove with Rev Robert (Bob) Robeson of Holy Name Church officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, 435 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis. A celebration of life will follow at the Wethington Community Center, Indianapolis. Arrangements are by Little & Son’s Funeral Home.
