Jacob James Hagist

Rosella "Rosie" Mary Hagist ;93, passed away peacefully July 17, 2011 in Beech Grove, In. She was born in Falmoth, In. ;Rosella was a secretary for the State of Indiana for 11 years, and was also secretary for the AFL-CIO for over 20 years. She was a Eucharistic Minister for Holy Name Catholic Church where she was a parishioner for over 37 years. Rosella was a Pink Lady at St. Francis Hospital and a member of the Beech Grove Senior Citizens where she presided as Queen in 1993. She is survived by her son Duffy (Connie) Hagist; grandchildren Doug (Melissa) Hagist, Deborah (Cary) Hargis, and Aaron (Christa) Hagist; great-grandchildren Jacob, Kelly, Drew, Carly, and Lindsay; sister-in-laws Elvera Theobald, Inetta Theobald, Dolores Stewart, and Ellen Hagist. Rosella was preceded in death by her loving husband Jake Hagist; sister Rosetta Soukup; brothers Joseph and Maynard Theobald. Visitation will be Wednesday July 20th from 4:00-8:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday July 21st 10:00 AM at Holy Name Catholic Church Beech Grove. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. www.littleandsonsbeechgrove.com
