Joan Ruth Dugan

Joan Ruth Dugan, age 93, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020. Joan was born February 25, 1927 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Grace (Behringer) Utterback and Orville Utterback. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Joan is survived by her brother, Richard Utterback and her extended family members.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dugan; sons, Stephen Dugan, James Dugan, and John Dugan; daughter, Jackie Dugan; father, Orville Utterback; and mother, Grace (Behringer) Utterback.

She will be laid to rest with a private family graveside service at Riverside Cemetery in Three Rivers, Michigan.
