94, passed away peacefully Dec. 6, 2012
She was born in Beech Grove to the late George and Edna Rieman. Marian was a WWII Veteran and was a Starr Sgt. in the Women’s Army Corp. She worked most of her life as a secretary for Stark & Wetzel, Indianapolis Fire Dept. and the Chevorlet Credit Union.
Marian is survived by her son Stephen (Betty) Davenport; daughter Phyllis Knisley; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister Esther Starks. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward A Davenport and her brother Harold Rieman.
Visitation will be held Tuesday Dec. 11th from 11:00AM-1:00PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Franklin, Indiana
