Regina was born in Indianapolis and was educated at St. Agnes Academy for Women, Indiana University and IUPUI, where she studied writing and journalism.Surviving is her beloved husband Tom, her mother Maria Elsbergs, brother Peter Elsbergs, sister Brigit Browning, brother-in-law Steve Garrison, sister-in-law Becky Jones, nephews Mark and David Lewis and a great niece Charlie Lewis.Regina was preceded in death by her father Joseph Elsbergs.
Friends may call on Thursday, April 14, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. in Little and Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Holy Name Catholic Church on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 10 a.m.Inurnment in Calvary Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.
