Troy Overbey 84, passed away in Indianapolis on March 21, 2012. He was born in London, KY to the late Charles and Lula(Tuttle)Overbey. Troy was a forklift operator for 34 years for Glass Container Corp. He was also a US Army veteran, serving in Korean War. He was an avid gardener and loved to hunt.He is survived by his loving wife June, son Anthony(wife Patricia), his twin sister Angeline Cheek and sister Maggie Holiday grandchildren; Tess(Rich)Comptom, Tracy(Andrew)Backus, and Jennifer(Tommy)Hoffer and 6 great-grandchildren.Troy was preceded in death by his son Robert Overbey brothers; Rosco and James Overbey, sister Dorothy Pope and his grandson Eric Overbey.Friends may call on Sunday, March 25, 2012 from 4-8 pm in Little and Sons Funeral Home beech Grove Chapel. The funeral service will be on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. also in the funeral home. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
