child hood neighber and best freind. what a great soul always kind,humble, caring will be missed greatly. Gabe will certainly hold a place close to our heavenly father.

I can't believe Gabe is gone, words can't express the sorrow I feel inside. Ever since my husband Junior introduced Gabe as his brother years ago, it was evident the love and the bond they had for each other. Gabe has always been so loving and kind to my family, I've enjoyed all the times we spent together. He was so proud of his daughter, Brianna and his grandkids. He would always send pictures of them to Junior, it was clear how much he loved them. I love Gabe, so very much. I will miss him tremendously.

It's hard to say goodbye to my bro and best friend. I can't help but think back to when we were kids and our moms worked together at Kentucky beef & chicken. We would help them close by cleaning up the tables in the eating area, filling up the salt and pepper shakers and we got paid with all the ice cream that we could eat. On the weekends I would come and spend  time with you and your family; we would ride our bikes on your paper route and get hot chocolate and donuts after we finished. When your family took me in to go to high school with you we had some good times. It seems like yesterday I remember watching Brian's song together, the story of Brian Piccolo and Gale Sayers. You and I looked at each other and started crying together because they were friends to the end just like you and me. They say you never know how much you miss someone until they're gone. I will always hold you in my heart and my thoughts forever bro. Love you man. Raiders fans for life.

Gabe- So hard to believe I am supposed to be writing a condolence without having the chance to say goodbye.  Instead, I choose to write a " Thank You "note.  I want to thank you for teaching me everything I know about Baseball, Football, Pool and Boxing.  The Memories of going over Junior's house down the street and watching boxing matches.  I will always cherish all the time we spent going to games with my dad, walking through the tunnel at the Coliseum to see the Raiders or climbing up the hill to see the Dodgers.  I also learned how to paint when you took me along to work with your cousin Victor in the summers. Nobody could tell a better story than you Gabe or grill a great kabob or steak.
As a father, Husband, Grandpa and Friend, you took such good care of everyone. I know you are now watching over your grandbabies and enjoying the company of My Dad and your Mom. -  you will be missed by many, but we have many stories to share with each other thanks to you and until we see each other again high above Dodger Stadium. Love you, Chicho.

Gabe: you were a good man and I’m so sad that you are gone. I really am.  I wasn’t ready for this. I wasn’t ready to have to say good-bye so soon. 

I’m going to miss you.

Rest in paradise Uncle Gaby! May you rest peacefully and watch over us closely with Grama Pina. Los Doyers forever! Fight on forever! Go Lakers forever! LA forever! We love you!

Gabriel / Gabby - My eldest bro- you were always there for me as a young girl, making sure that we made the walk from school through the SC campus, hand in hand, stopping for pencils at Tam's and hot pretzels in the park.  Your tastes in music were bar-none, you loved new wave, punk rock - when other rockers pushed back, you dug it- took me to the Starwood to see X,  the Whisky and others.  Football, baseball, basketball you were the best color-commentator - I learned so much by just listening to you!  
I know that you were greeted in Heaven by Nana, by Mom - with open arms, and I hope that your spirit is now at peace, & that you have some cafe con leche, and a piece of pan dulce, as you keep a watchful eye over your loved ones.  God Speed!
