Javier is survived by his esposa, Monica Morales; his hija Daisey Morales; his hija Evelynn Morales; his hijo Javier Morales Jr; his hijo Daniel Jesus Morales; his hija Fatima Morales; and his hija Samantha Morales.

A velorio for Javier will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 11:59 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Bell, 4667 E. Gage Avenue, Bell, CA 90201. A santa misa will occur Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St Gertrude The Great Church, 7025 S Garfield Ave, Bell Gardens, CA 90201. A sepelio will occur Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Park Lawn Cemetery, 6555 E Gage Ave, Commerce, CA 90040.
