Clifton Estell McGee, born October 28, 1926 in St. Louis, OK, joined our Lord on July 16, 2010 at the age of 83. He proudly served his country as a US Navy Seaman, Second Class, in the South Pacific during WWII. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1960 and started with Morrison Food Services in 1961. He worked as Food Service Director at Morrison’s Garden Plaza in Houston’s Exxon Building for 25 years until his retirement in 1994. He then served as Treasurer for his daughter’s business, Hair Spa Inc. and Joe Toga, until April 2010.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Annetta Jean, 2 devoted children and their spouses, his precious granddaughter and her fiancé, as well and many other family and friends. He will be remembered for his compassion and sense of humor, but most importantly for his devotion to his family and to the Lord. In addition to a private service and interment, respects can be made at Earthman Funeral Home, Bellaire Chapel, this Saturday from 10am -2pm.
