We all still miss Mike.  There are often thoughts and conversations from those that worked with him and new him on a personal basis.

We miss you Mike!

Michael Billy Fulmer Jr., age 60, passed away on March 9, 2023. He was born on June 17, 1962, to parents Michael Billy Fulmer Sr. and Patricia Ann Fulmer. Michael had two brothers, Bobby Fulmer and Rick Fulmer. His stepfather was Cyrus Guillory.

Michael was a man of many talents and hobbies. He loved spending time on the water fishing for saltwater fish. He was also an avid fan of NASCAR and wrestling. His favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt Jr. Michael had a talent for general repair and could fix just about anything.

Michael was deeply loved and cherished by his wife, Marcella Fulmer, who was his soulmate and companion. The two of them shared many happy years together, and Marcella will miss him dearly.

Michael will also be missed by his family and friends, who remember him for his kind heart and willingness to help others. May he rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to The Fulmer family and loved ones. He was a great coworker always teaching me new things, and a friend always talking about rock bands. Rest in peace Mike Fulmer and the Metallica concert we were planing on going will be pending.

I have known all the Fulmer brothers since I was 12 years old and have alot of great memories with all 3 but the best one I have with Mike was hands down at the Texas Jam in the Astrodome.  Will miss you Hippie Mike. Love you brother.

I have known Mike for over 15 years.  He had more than his share of ups and downs.  He had many talents and given the time he would produce excellent results!
I had recent conversations with him and felt he was making great progress and headed in the right direction.

Unfortunate to lose him at this time.  Prayers with the Fulmer Family.
