He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Bartlett; parents, James and Dolly Bartlett; brothers, Leroy, L.C., and James Bartlett; sister, Floy Bates; granddaughter Autumn Fantuzzo.
He is survived by his sister, Madeline Wilkerson and husband Wayne; sons, Donald Bartlett and wife Lupe, Gregory Bartlett and wife Pamela; daughter, Cynthia Fantuzzo; grandchildren, Greg Jr., Donald Jr., Clinton, Marie, Jasmine, and Cheyenne; numerous nieces and nephews.
Sidney served 14 years in the U.S. Army National Guard and enjoyed a 32 year career in law enforcement.
Visitation Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Funeral Service Friday, December 5, 2014 at 10:00 AM, Levy Funeral Directors Chapel, 4525 Bissonnet St., Bellaire, Texas. Interment to follow at Morgan Cemetery, Splendora, Texas.
