We were sorry to hear of Don's passing. Your entire family has our deepest sympathy.

We were sorry to see about your fathers passing. Memories came back about our time working together in Scouting. We would occasionally meet over the years and reminisce and catch up on the families. Your Mom, David, Doris, Donna, and Danny, and Tom.  Far too many years have past and the memories have grown dim. Jan and I wish you all the best and stay safe.

My thoughts and sympathy go out to you on the passing of your father.  Don,  Marian and I are all 1952 graduates of Belleville Twp High School.  After Marian passed Don started coming to our monthly 1952  "Breakfast Club" meetings.  Of course we talked about you, Kathy,--all good,  (well mostly-- - just kidding!)  He was such a nice guy and I enjoyed our conversations.  We joked about our knees and the canes we both used.  Of course the breakfast group hasn't  met for almost a year but I do remember Don and his cheery attitude.   Know that he and his beloved Marian are together again.

Don was a respected coworker at McDonnell - Boeing for his ethics and planning knowledge. He was the best trainer I had the privilege to work with.   He was kind to everyone and a joy to work with. My deepest condolences to the family. 

I worked with Don for many years at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing.  I considered Don my friend.  He was always a pleasure to work with, so kind and pleasant. "He was one of the good guys". 
Prayers for his friends and family at this difficult time.

Carline and I enjoyed our time with both of your parents in the late 80's. They were such good people!  Always willing to lend a hand.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the Sliment family. Don was a wonderful, wonderful friend and neighbor for 20 years.  Don loved people and animals.  Our dog, Sam,  gravitated to Don and his house anytime we went for a walk.  Many times when it snowed Don would be out plowing our driveway as a good neighbor, and rescued  me with his tractor on occasion when I slid off the driveway.   When we had the terrible ice storm years ago, he was right there to help us move trees that were too big for us.  That was just the kind of man he was. Thoughtful, kind, and neighborly. He was a good man.
But our favorite memories of Don were just times visiting with him over lemonade on his patio. He shared wonderful memories of his life. He loved his wife and family so much and was so proud of his grandchildren. He will be missed. Don loved God and knew Jesus as his Lord and Savior and we know we will see him again. Don was a great friend! We both enjoyed working for McDonnell Douglas and Boeing. I will surely miss all the laughs   and good times we shared together.  My sincere sympathy to Donna and her family members.

My deepest sympathy to you and the family for the loss of your father.  I never had the chance to meet him but I'm sure he was a kind and loving man.


Terry and I use to enjoy so much going to the Quail club when they had fish and seeing Don an Marian there and sitting and talking about everything with them. We would have the best laughs!!! Thank you both for that memory   You will both be back together in a peaceful place out of this troubled world.  And will be greatly missed
