He was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Pack, parents, William “Billy” and Wilma, nee Anderson, Pack, one brother; and one sister; and three nephews.
Surviving are his children, Joshua Pack, Emily Pack and Tracy Pack, his former wife, Laurie (Barry) Hook, four sisters, Gloria Carroll, Sherry Robertson, Barbara Paul, and Janet Long, six grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services: Memorial services will be held at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois, with the family receiving guests an hour prior to the service.
