

Joe was a car enthusiast and was a member of the Belleville Gear Jammers. He was the proud owner of a yellow 1947 Plymouth Super Coupe. He loved music and was a drummer in many country rock bands over the years. He enjoyed fishing and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. He was a loving family man and friends who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Phyllis A. Duncan, nee Bujnak; his daughters, Amanda J. Vidovic and Denise M. Conner; his parents, James and Audrey, nee Hension, Duncan; and his two siblings, Jean Wheeler and Jim Duncan.
Surviving are his children, Ronda L. Bailey, of Belleville, Illinois, Joshua M. (Melissa) Duncan, of Texas, John (Kimberly) Conner, of Millstadt, Illinois, and Douglas (Laura) Conner, of O’Fallon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Austin (Sabrina), Logan, Gracyn, Megan, Rebekah, Cadynce, Kayla, Morgan, Kyle, Dylan, Sebastian, Aksel; a great grandson on the way, and his brother, Robert (Barbara) Duncan, of Belleville, Illinois, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
