Larry worked a number of professions from an East St. Louis police officer to working in the oil fields from Colorado to Wyoming; to his love of golf and marshalling.
A real stickler for the rules, Larry tried out and made the AAA Cardinal's minor league team just because someone said he couldn't, which describes our father and friend.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julie Jones; his parents, Chester and Henrietta Jones; and his brother, Jerry Jones.
Surviving are his daughters, Debbie, Lauara, Beverly, Lynda and Laura; his sons, Matt and David; and his sister, Sharon; as well as many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and frends.
Funeral: Private services will be held at a later date.
