Patrick Eugene McLean

Patrick was the owner and operator of Guardian Title Service Company. He worked for Chicago Title Insurance Company for 28 years. He was a life time member of the VFW post 1400 and the American Legion Post 0137. He served in the United States Air Force serving during the Vietnam War. He attended Bethany United Methodist Church, Columbia, Illinois.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Percy and Mary Virginia, nee Johnson, McLean; siblings, Bill McLean, Donald McLean, Edward McLean, Michael McLean, Ralph McLean, June Hoadley and Joy Hunt.

Surviving are his loving and devoted wife, Carol Sue McLean, nee Elliott; sons, Tim (Dawn) McLean of Waterloo, Illinois and Scott Patrick McLean of Waterloo, Illinois; grandson, Ben McLean; sister, Joann Davis and Sherri Powell; also, survived by other relatives family and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 p.m. to service time at the Bethany United Methodist Church, 1608 Hilltop Road, Columbia Illinois on Sunday, June 1, 2014.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at the church at 3:00 p.m. at the church.

Inurnment will be held at a later date in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri
