Raelynn R. Lee, 6 months old, born, January 19, 2016 in Belleville, Illinois, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Children’s Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri from Generalized Arterial Calcification of Infancy.
Raelynn is survived by her parents, Haley Smothers and Brandon Lee; maternal grandparents, Pam Smothers and Mike Smothers. Paternal grandmother, Patricia Turner; great maternal grandparents, Donnie and Patti Carter and Audrey Smothers, also, survived by other relatives, family and friends.
