

Sue was a member of Crossview Independent Assembly of God in O’Fallon, Illinois and also a member of the Airmen Wives club for some time. She was a server at Cracker Barrel in Montgomery, Alabama for over 20 years, as well as a server at Shoney’s for 20 years in Montgomery, Alabama as well. When she wasn’t busy working, she enjoyed crocheting and reading.
She is preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, William C. Bradley; her parents William Bentley and Blanche (Nee Roper) Nelms-Miller; her brother Melton Nelms; and her brothers-in-law Norman Harris and Robert Having.
Sue is survived by her daughter Almeda (Paul) Walker of O’Fallon, Illinois; her sister Frances Having; her sisters-in-law Dianna Nelms and Dorothy Harris; and her nieces and nephews Stacey (Chris) Swancutt, Scooter (Stephanie) Nelms, Teresa Nelms, Cheryl (Greg) Horn, and Brent (Amy) Harris

Visitation: Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois on Wednesday November 8, 2017.
