One of Barbara's chosen daughters, Lisa, provided excellent care for her during her last few years of life. The highlight of Barbara's world was becoming a grandmother. She loved her grandbabies beyond words!

Barb (Mom),
You will be missed but your memory will continue in our hearts. You have taught us caring love, respect and most of all no matter how little one has you can make a world of difference even if it is just a simple touch of your hand on someones shoulder to say you care....One of my favorite memories is when we went on a date night to Wayne Newton. Watching you enjoy your favorite concert and singing along to Wayne Newton was a special moment. I will miss your contagious smile & laughter, playing card and board games, going on car rides with us to catch a ferry; go on a picnic; or just driving until we found somewhere to stop, watching you spend time with Kaylee/Devon by coloring in coloring books, coloring Easter eggs, spending the night with them at our house or whatever they wanted to do. Thank you for being you. Being a Great Mother, Friend and Grandmother. Thank you for your Love & support. Thank you for creating so many memories.
Mom you will be missed more than you know, Love your son Jimmy

Mom, In life we don't get to choose who our families are, so you get what you get. I was so fortunate to marry a wonderful woman that has such a kind heart and love for other people. Shortly after meeting you for the first time in 1989, I quickly understood where my loving wife got her personality from - YOU!
Your spirited laughter and warm welcoming nature allowed us to discard the in-law title and you became "MOM" to me.
Thank you for accepting me into your family and your heart. And, for raising such a wonderful woman that became my wife.

Miss you MOM, Rickey!
or as you sometimes would call me "BRAT"
