Donald F. Jackman

Donald Frank Jackman passed away January 16, 2011 in Marysville, Wa. He was born on December 6, 1934 in Seattle, Wa. To John (Pete) & Hazel Jackman. Donald was the eleventh of thirteen children. He graduated from Lake Washington High School, Kirkland, Wa. Class of 1954. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers and Iron Shipbuilders Local 104. He worked for many years at Todd Ship Yards.

Don married Emma Wald, on December 26, 1969 in Bismarck, North Dakota. They lived in Renton, Wa. their entire married life. They travelled frequently to North Dakota to be with family and friends. They were members of North Dakota Dance Club, Pinochle Club & The Eagles. They made several fun trips and attended many concerts. They loved their family, friends & being active.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Emma, brothers Rex, Ross, Ray, Russell, Ralph, Jack & sisters Ruby Barnhart and Reta Goss.

Don is survived by his brothers, Robert and Walter (Jerry), sisters Ruth Moore, and Violet Rielly, niece Patricia (Forcier) Hawkins, brother in law and sister in law Larry and Christine Freidig and numerous nieces, nephews and family members. We will miss you Don.

Funeral Mass will be held 11:30 Tuesday January 25 at St. Anthony Catholic Parish, 314 4th St. Renton, Wa. Entombment Sunset Hills Memorial Park, Bellevue, Wa.
