Billy is survived by his beloved 9-year-old daughter, Olivia Grace Butcher, who was the light of his life. He is also survived by his brother, Rob Butcher, his sister, Angela Dunavant, and his niece, Marielle Frager. Billy cherished every moment spent with Olivia and his family, creating memories that will live on in their hearts.
Known for his sense of humor and quick wit, Billy had a remarkable ability to bring joy and laughter to those around him. His playful spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Billy’s memory may be made to the Fred Hutch Cancer Center, honoring his courageous and graceful battle with cancer.
