Tom was a great friend and mentor. Lots of laughs and memories from fun times in Guam. Layovers, cold beer and thick-sliced chops on the beach, riding jet skis, flying Super Cubs, and pulling up Dungeness crab offshore in Sequim.  Never forget you, buddy.  Always your friend, Darkside Dan Scarborough.

I met Tommy in the 4th grade at Bellevue Christian School and we immediately became best buds. I have so many cherished memories with Tommy. Things like riding minibikes & motorcycles, hunting and working on cars. When we were kids we would spend countless hours building and flying model airplanes. Neither of us realized at the time that flying was Tommy's passion and that he would be a captain for a major commercial airline just like his dad. Tommy's laugh is something that will always be with me. I never had a dull moment with him. He was always looking forward to the next adventure. I will really miss Tommy but I will always have his friendship in my heart and mind forever.  

Dear Aunt Yoonja,

Our deepest condolences and respect in this difficult time. Uncle Tom was a great man. He taught me many things which have helped me in my career and life. His memory lives on in our hearts. RIP Unc Tom.

Yoonja, My deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear husband Tom. My beloved baby brother will always hold a special place in our hearts.
