Carlos Venceslado Rocha, age 51, of Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021. Carlos was born February 7, 1970 to Betty Jane Tellez and Peter Martinez.

Carlos is survived by his daughter Danielle Lorraine Rocha; his daughter Marissa Nicole Rocha; and his son Carlos James Rocha; his father Peter Martinez; his mother Betty Jane Tellez and his mother of his children Jody Tapley; his brother Erwin Joseph Cabieles and his sister Cheryl Lyn Cabieles; his granddaughter Avery Jade Rossey and his nephew Logan Christian Cabieles.

A visitation for Carlos will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Bellflower, 10333 East Alondra Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706. Following the visitation will be a burial at 1:30 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4471 Lincoln Ave, Cypress, CA.
