Kelly is survived by his spouse, Adelina Mack Barker.

A burial for Kelly will be held Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Olive Lawn Memorial Park, 13926 La Mirada Blvd, La Mirada, California 90638-3101.
