Gloria Ann LaPointe, 72, died April 29, 2013 in Bentonville. She was born on June 24, 1940 in South Dakota, to the late Joseph Hacker and Ida Mary Howie. She was the loving wife of the late Richard LaPointe.
She loved reading, gardening and sewing. She worked for Dayco Products Inc., on assembly, for many years.
Gloria is survived by her sons, Dennis Rockwell of Texarkana, AR, David Rockwell of GA, Daniel Rockwell of MO, and Donald and wife, Delia Rockwell, of Mt. Judea; daughters, Ida Marie Hutcheson of MO, and Jennifer and Bryan Cook of Marion, AR; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph Hacker, Jr. and wife, Claire of Ohio; sister, Diana Evers and husband, Norman of South Dakota.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, twin brother, George Hacker and son-in-law, Jack Hutcheson.
A Memorial service will be Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 3:00pm at Callison-Lough Funeral Home Chapel, in Bentonville.
