Her career spanned 40 years beginning as OR Head Nurse at St. Anthony's in Oklahoma City, Okla., then NWA Migrant Nurse, and later, as a school nurse for the Rogers School District, until her retirement in 1998.
Mary is survived by her husband of 61 years, Stephen Styron; along with their children, Kim Styron RN, Jill Smith (Brent), Michael Styron (Carol); grandchildren, Avery Styron, Shepherd Styron; step-grandchildren, Bailey and Emily; and Bruce, "The Best Dog in America".
Mary is also survived by her six younger siblings: Patricia, Michael, Jim, Tom, Kevin, and Margaret.
In accordance with Mary's wishes, no funeral services will be held.
