

She graduated from Fredonia (New York) High School in 1954, and from the T.B. Lloyd Business School in Rochester, New York in 1956. She was an employee of Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester in the payroll department. She later became a receptionist and member of the Church of Shiloh and Shiloh Farms Bakery in Sherman, New York, which later moved to Sulphur Springs, Arkansas.
On February 7th, 1965 she married David McClure in Sherman, New York before they moved to Arkansas in 1968. She spent over forty years in Sulphur Springs before moving to the Wedington Place Senior Apartments in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2011. Along the way, she made numerous friends that became a part of her extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Tom. Survivors are her two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Stacey McClure of Rogers, AR, and David and Jennifer McClure of Fayetteville, AR, one sister-in-law, Judy Prechtl of Asheville, New York; five grandchildren, Bailey, Tatum, and Taggart McClure of Rogers, AR and Katie and Wilson McClure of Fayetteville, AR and several nieces and nephews.
