Hazel worked for Western Electric (AT&T) and retired after 27 years. She had a gift for making the most beautiful handmade quilts and her pecan pie was legendary.
Hazel was a solid rock of advice and support and was loved incredibly by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Charles D. Price.
She is survived by her loving husband, Leo Schmidt; daughter, Mary Ann Bishop; grandchildren, Allen, Kerri, Christy, Melanie, Jennifer, and Laura; and great grandchildren, Lauren, Allie, Gant, Steven, Arron, Noah, Tyler, Espie, Noelle, and Gabriella.
A celebration of her life will be 1pm Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Bethany Cemetery.
